Due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our virgin hair, we exercise a very strict quality control process. To ensure that our customers receive the best virgin hair available, All sales are FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY with the same or higher value. NO EXCEPTIONS. All exchanges must be approved by emailing or calling Virgin Head customer service. Original ties must remain intact as it was received by the customer. For exchanges, the items must be mailed in its original condition with an invoice and an Authorization Code obtained by calling or emailing customer support. You must return the item prior to the exchange being sent out to you.
The product must be sent back in the original condition for resale. Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange. These alterations may include and are not restricted to coloring, perming, bleaching, cutting, blow drying, washing, brushing, and combing. The item or items being exchanged must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be intact. We accept exchanges for products of equal or higher value.
Items meeting the above conditions may be exchanged within 7 days of the original receipt. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.
For your protection, we strongly suggest that all exchanges be returned with a tracking number and required signature upon delivery. Virgin Head is not responsible for items lost in transit. The customer is responsible for all return fees involving product exchange freights. If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the merchandise to Virgin Head.
When exchanging an item, please include your first and last name, phone number, exchange request and original receipt.

Due to the increase in security issues being more severe in some areas, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages lost in the following cases:
- Shipping address is not clear or wrong, USPS will not be able to find it
- No one is available to sign for the package and USPS leave at door, package stolen
- Signed by someone else you don't know which means malicious theft
